I did 30DS awhile back and had great results, just stick with it. Now that my kids are finally out of school, I am going to make myself a plan this weekend to get back on track. I took some time off because I was proud of what I had accomplished, but now it's back to the grind, time to get those JM dvd's back out!!! Happy…

I workout in the morning, and I find that it makes a big difference in my hole day. I do have more energy through the day.

I know I posted pictures earlier in this post, but the after/during pic wasn't the most current. So here it is again with 40lbs lost. Yes I have lost a few since then, but probably not enough to make a huge difference in the picture.

I log it as Circuit training, general. Good luck, I have had my best results with 30DS.
