Welcome aboard. I don't know if anything can prepare you for Jillian. Stick with it it'll all become easier. I am only using 3lb weights....lol so according to me 5lb weights are enough.... Keep up the good work!!!

OH my I have the same problem, the belly is getting better as I have just stuck with it. I did however have to purchase a sports bra. It fits rather tight but it does the job.

You look amazing. I too am apple shape. What all did you do to focus on your stomach? I am doing the 30ds and I am losing inches and weight, but would really like to focus more on my belly. If you could give me some tips it would be greatly appreciated. Send me a message please. Thanks.

Day 2 level 2. Pretty excited I lost 1lb over the weekend considering I was sick and unable to work out Sunday morning.

Yes I am trying 30 consecutive days, I am only on day 2 level 2. I wake up at 5 am during the week, and I get up at about 6 on the weekends. But listen to your body.

The one thing I always notice is that when I do the jj and jr I can't make it all the way through the jr b/c my calves are killing me. Yes I did. Level 1 complete. Results afterwards (10 consecutive days) 4.4lbs lost and 5.5" lost. Yeah me!!!!!!!:bigsmile:

I completed day 8 level 1 this morning. I can see a huge differance from day 1. I am able to do all of the exercises, except I can't do all of the bycycle crunches. I weigh in on Friday's and that will be the last day of level one. I can't wait to see the results. I am debating on weather I want to check my measurements…
