I say make the cupcakes! For you and for your man. All things in moderation. As long as you are able to be strong and not over indulge you should be fine. Save room in your calories and enjoy. That's what eating healthy is all about. You can't AVOID things that are yummy altogether or one day you will gorge yourself on…

I feel for you and in this situation you WERE strong!! Telling him you didn't want to work there WAS strong. You decided it wasn't for you and you stood up for yourself. All I could think of while reading your post was "please don't let her keep this job": Consider this - if this was your FIRST DAY ... imagine what he'd be…

I often go over in the protein department but stay within my daily calorie…

keep your chin up and KEEP ON GOING! I've read lots of posts on here about people hitting a plateau and having a hard time breaking through that level. Besides that - keep your spirits high knowing that you are doing the work, its healthier living! Your body will thank you in its own time. Sometimes our bodies get used a…

Hi there ... I read your post and understand completely about the 6 lbs on and off again. Discouraging ... but - keeping track and logging my daily intake keeps me focused so I am determined not to fall off the wagon. Don't think of it as a diet but simply that you are choosing a healthier lifestyle. Denying yourself all…

Thanks for that ... but I am unable to stay within my limit. Always over on my proteins and find it hard to have a meal without but feel like I'm going to have to if I am to stay within the limit. If I go over on my protein and stay within my calories, is this going to be detrimental? Thanks - sorry I wasn't more clear

turning 40 sooner than I would like!! anyone have any input on how important it is to stay within ALL your metrics? I have no problem with the overall cal count but can NEVER seem to stay within my protein count. Is this going to hinder my progress?
