i make that roast beef and can of mushroom recipe alot. so ill share an alternate recipe -- using a large package of chicken breast or other boneless chicken -- diced onion and can of rotel cook on low for 6-8 hours until done. shred with fork and eat on tortillas.

i have not cooked with stevia, or any other artifical sweetner either. but i was a big fan of splenda, and started using stevia (since its cheaper over here). however, i know that stevia is really supported by alot of natural health professionals. its a breath of fresh air. :)

walking has been the starting point for me, but now im transitioning into some aerobics. some is better than none! :)

congrats dan!! :) i joined a week ago at the same time i started my "lifestyle change" or re-engaged it. i had a big loss to this first week, which has just blown my mind... but i am prepared for the plateau to hit anytime!! i dont want it to be a downer or an excuse to cheat. keep up the success!
