  • I did P90X and loved it! Itll kick your butt but it will also get you into great shape. I completed the 90 days and was like a whole new person. I was more toned and just felt great about everything.
  • You need to lose what you are comfortable with. Doctors are going off charts that dont always fit with the patient they are talking to. Im taking a health class at my school right now and we were just talking about this kind of situation. The charts they look at is for everyone as a whole not one person as an individual.…
  • Im 5'5 and 21 years old. My goal weight is 115lb but Ill be happy with anything close to that. I seem to stop at 120lb. I mostly want to teach myself how to eat more healthy instead of always going to the junk food. So far I have lost 7lbs on here. Good luck to everyone and reaching their goals. :)
