Well first, if you're starting to take any kind of medication prescribed to you by your doctor, your doctor should explain it fully to you, and let you know what the risks are, and what to expect. If I were you, I would give him/her a call as soon as you can so you can get your facts.. I was on it for a little while last…

Banish Fat Boost Metabolism is awesome! I did it yesterday for the first time! It's about and hour long and I think it's a bit more intense that 30DS. You'll love it!

1200 is the recommended bare MINIMUM for women to consume each day. So your 1500 cals may very well be right. It's even possible that it's not ENOUGH. MFP calculates your age, height, weight, and activity levels to see what your relative BMR (basal metabolic rate...or how many calories your body burns in 24 hours at rest)…
-
Are you eating some of your exercise calories back? That could be a problem too, if you aren't eating enough
-
May I ask why you are trying to lose weight? Because at 5'1" and 110lbs, your bmi is 20.8, and the healthy range for you is 18.5–24.9. If you actually lost the ten pound that you are trying to lose, that would put you at 18.9, which is pretty close to the bottom of your range. maybe just toss the scale aside and try toning…

Sodium is not ALL bad. You actually NEED sodium. It's an electrolyte and helps prevent water poisoning.....and yes, water poisoning is a very real thing. It has even killed people before. Just remember, everything in moderation. 1500mg of sodium a day is alright. MFP will even allow you 2500mg, though I don't recommend…

yeah I saw that but I have now found another one that says something much different.

He probably just has a small penis and feels bad about it so he tries to bring down ANYONE that he can    But seriously, you are so gorgeous and slim! And…

I'm sorry dear, but you *may* want to consider getting a second opinion from a totally separate doctor. I'm not trying to dog on your doctor or show any disrespect, but that really doesn't seem like it's healthy. Please don't take this the wrong way... My brother is a physical trainer, and I have seen several doctors and…

I really like the Jillian Michaels Natural Whey protein powder. There's no artificial sweetener, flavor or color in it and no preservatives, so it's good for you. It's also super cheap :) I thnk I paid like, 10 bucks for it? I will say I'd probably go for the vanilla flavor next time, because the chocolate tasted like…
