Join us Monday, 3/21 for a 10-week challenge to get ready for summer! A bikini may not be an aspiration of yours but I know we all want to look good in shorts, skirts, t-shirts, and tank tops!
Each week we will focus on a (1) healthy diet, (2) exercise, and (3) drinking water. As far as the diet, here's something that works for me: eat a balance of protein, carbs, and fat. It will help you feel full longer; until your next snack or meal. Drink at least 8 glasses of water. Not drinking enough water or even drinking too much water is not good for you. If you are comfortable making your food diary public, do it! I find this extremely helpful in keeping myself accountable. Plus I love to see what kind of goodies others are eating.
Check-in day will be Sunday and I will post a tracking sheet update on Tuesdays (sometime in the evening) to show where everyone's progress. I'm a firm believer in paying more attention to measurements then the scale. It can be a bit finicky! When you check-in post your: starting weight (SW), current weight (CW), waist, hips, R thigh (RT), L thigh (LT), R Arm (RA), L Arm (LA):
Here is an example of the status format I'd prefer you to use. It will make it just a bit easier for me when updating the tracking sheet:
SW:
CW:
Waist:
Hips:
R Thigh:
L Thigh:
R Arm:
L Arm:
Good luck to everyone! One more thing, before you measure take a look at this site so you will be sure to measure in the correct places.

Well girls it looks like it's just the four of us; maybe others will join in soon! I'm excited nonetheless and I can't wait to see what kind of progress we each make. Good luck!

Hardly any difference this week.....not too concerned, it takes more time to drop inches than a week, I'm looking more for overall results after the ten weeks Here's to 1 week down, 9 weeks to go!! 0 Here's to 1 week down, 9 weeks to go!! 0
