I actually do have cheat days, however that does not mean what i eat in that day is all unhealthy. To me my cheat day means that on that day if i want to have a burger or some pizza i can and not worry about it. Again its more of a cheat meal but i call it a cheat day because it can happen at any point in my day. Also if i…

Wow i guess im the odd man in this group. I tend to listen Aloe Blacc - The man, Armin Van Buren - ping pong, Major Lazer feat. Daddy Yankee - Watch out for this, Original Don - Major lazer, Alive (zedd remix), Showtek and Justin prime - Cannonball original mix.... Anyways a bit different from what others have said, but my…

Hello, I am by no means an expert, but both my wife and I use GNC total Lean 25, not the regular GNC lean, but the GNC Lean 25. Has more protein in it, we currently use it as a meal replacement for breakfast. Not sure if this would help in the UK, but you might want to look into it. The serving size is a scoop of powder in…

Thank you everyone for the responses. I Upped my calories to 2000 because i do burn anywhere between 600-1000 calories per workout, at least 5 days a week. I will no longer pay attention to my net calories! Just my TDEE number. Thanks again everyone!
-
Yes. If you calculated it correctly, you took into your account your exercise when calculating your TDEE. [/quote] Perfect Thank you very much for the help...
-
Ok so NET calories is not a number i should pay attention to when doing the TDEE method? So no matter how much i burn just eat what my TDEE is minus the 20 percent is that correct??
-
Yup definately are in this together!!!

I have a POLAR heartrate monitor the FT4 to be exact. I love my HRM, but as Valerie said remember that even an HRM is not exact. But it does give you somewhat of a good estimate as to what you are burning. Good luck in whatever you choose.

There is no way to tell you how many calories each workout will burn, simply because no two people are alike. For example, I am a guy who weighs 225 pounds my wife who is much smaller will do the exact same zumba cardio session with me and by the end of it i will burn 500+ calories while she might only burn around 350-400.…

This, and btw I am the hubby she is talking about. For your blood sugar levels it is really REALLY important that you eat multiple times a day. If you do that it will help balance your sugars over the course of the entire day and bring stability to those levels. I know its tough because i have been dealing with diabetes…

Don Omar dont know if people know him, but I and my wife both would enjoy I could.
-
That actually to me seems somewhat right, I am 225 pounds 5'10" and i put intervals on the eliptical up to level 13 and in half an hour of workout i burn about 500 calories... So to me that might be correct especailly if you kept a high HR the whole time.

I purchased a Polar FT4 for myself and one for my wife! We both absolutely love ours. They come with the chest strap which i have read tends to be more accurate. Good luck with whichever you choose.

Honestly, i am bored with rhode island. I dont know maybe being a boston native has me a little skewed, but i go to the gym where i work and me and my wife do zumba together. Thats about it for me.

Thank you everyone for the responses. It looks like around 30 + pounds is when people start noticing differences. I will definately keep on my journey and not give up. Please feel free to add me as a friend.Extra Motivation never hurts.

I usually dont post anything but i saw this and became infuriated! How dare you call someone "fat". Who the hell are you to judge if someone is fat or not, im sorry do you have the perfect body? Pretty sure you dont! If you are not going to give some helpful advice why even bother typing anything at all? Ignorant trolls…

@NEW i work a desk job, so aside from my workouts not very active. I should point out that i normally workout twice a day. Out of a seven day week i will work out twice on 4-5 of those days. The only reason i said i was active was cuz that is what i took from the site when i was looking at my TDEE......
-
Can anyone help out that knows a thing or two about the TDEE.......
