  • Just restarted using MFP after a year or so. Have been reading some of your posts and gaining some motivation. Thanks. Lost 4 lbs in one week but doubt I will keep up that rate of weight loss. Have been exercising pretty vigorously as well as keeping to my calorie goals. Really missed sugar for the first 5 days but not so…
  • Not so innocent - I love fats and sugar so I've earned every ounce. Like you, I lost weight on MFP in the past then put it all back on. I'm Canadian so... how many lbs in a stone? What is "Insanity"?
  • you aren't running for them you're running for yourself - they are jerks and you are motivated and powerful just for being out there- keep it up
  • I have chronic back pain and therefore swimming is my go-to exercise but I can also manage the rowing machine without exacerbating the problem, biking only for short periods and treadmill with NO elevation
  • I count tea as water - not coffee or cola but pretty much anything else including milk (if i have it)
  • anybody know how to add exercise that isn't in the database? I just did an hour-long pilates class - when I search there are no results but when I go to add- it tells me there is already an exercise with this name - help?!
  • nova scotian here - add me
  • Hi Looks like ther are no new posts since March - is anyone still out there? I attend a Stott Pilates 1 hr class/week and try to remember what we did so I can practice at home - any recommendations re a DVD or on-line resource?
  • wow 70 lbs - that's awesome - I find that being over 50 & overweight means I have to pace myself in exercise or I really hurt - just getting started and down 4 lb this week
