1 pound is a good amount for a week heck ive been on my diet for near 2 years .. mentally you have to be in the right place or you wont be able to loose the weight you need to realise you will have ups and down weeks where your weight stays the same and weeks where you have a big drop i was stuck at 16 stone for a month…

i might stop logging but ill probably be a slave to the scales and keep an eye out that way ive been here over a year i know what i should and can eat without gaining weight and i have days of now and then so i dont feel deprived i think ill be fine after if i start to creep up ill start logging again x

lol im used to people saying these things so im assuming he isnt trolling my son is above average in weight hes healthy and a a vegan consumes alot more healthy foods than people i know with 2 year olds who feed their kids chips and anything else that goes in the fryer/oven yet those kids parents never get told your childs…

the whole argument that you didnt have a problem eating over 1200 cal a day before just doesnt work i wasnt eating the same before i wasnt vegan dinners of takeaways could put me over by 2000 snack well constant munchin on crap full of calls now im snacking on fruit my dinners are mostly plant based ... its a bit different…

i try not to be lol i also drink alot of water and even at 1200 cals i stayed at 14 stone for a while then started dropping again i also have a day of each month hehe =D

unless physio counts then no ... i did go for a walk today with my son threw the forest very slow walk as hes only 2 lol but i logged it and will eat extra today saying that if im hungry i do go over my calories but im usually not my hubby whos 9 stone eats all the time we logged it one day and it came to 4000 cals hes…

i dont go above 1200 =D *covers ears and waits for the scream* before i didnt have a problem no because i ate crap .. burgers chips ect now all my food if not most of it is vegan .. veg fruits beans lentils ect and they dont have as many calories and fill me up alot faster x

i only add people i can relate to .. ive lost alot and still alot to go i refuse to add people with 14lbs or less to loose as within weeks they are gone ... i also delete constantly people who havent logged in a month or more i want people in the long haul like i am x
