  • Consistency in logging intake is my biggest goal, then the rest sorts itself out, as I start paying closer attention to my statistics, then I start to try to make it correct.
  • Don't look at her there. A lot of things about women's bodies are given yucky sounding names. Turkey neck, tankles, camel toe. There are probably others I can't think of. Forget about it and don't look.
  • I said no to having a slice of toast with butter at breakfast. I wasn't actually even hungry, it just got into my mind for a while.
  • Re: emotional eating, I used to do that. I broke the habit somehow. I used to eat when I was happy; or sad; or angry; you name the emotion and I found a way to eat over it. The thing with that is that after the food is consumed, the situation that made me angry or whatever was still there.
  • Hello! I let weight creep back on from careless eating whatever-and-whenever. I've been on fitness pal before; and also am a lifetime member of weight watchers, where I originally lost 25 lbs.
