Hi, I'm 5'8" too. And 40 yrs old. SW: 157 CW: 149 GW: 137 I feel much better even after just losing 8 lbs or so. 137 is what I weighed before I got pregnant both times. I was healthy and my clothes fit. I probably have more muscle now that I did then, so I'll pay more attention to the clothes than the numbers at this…

I share your pain. The only thing I can do is walk at lunch. I schedule my day around my walks to ensure I get them in. It isn't easy, but I have to do it. I also wait for my husband to get home then take the dog for a good walk.

Hi Everyone! I have no idea what my challenge will be. Perhaps working up to 'real' pushups instead of the girlie ones ;) I will weigh in tomorrow, I promise! I didn't want to today because of AMAZING PMS bloating - I knew I would just be demoralized. After a day of lots of walking and lots of water, I'm willing to risk it…

Hi. Turned 40 in January and had babies at 36 and 37. I got back down to my pre-pregnancy weight after my 2nd daughter fairly quickly, but over the past year somehow I gained 20 pounds! Lost 7 so far and feeling MUCH better. Feel free to add me. We need to stick together!

Count me in! Going to Las Vegas at the end of May to renew our wedding vows for our 10th anniversary. Want to look awesome in my ridiculously short dress (Hubby picked it out). Want to lose 10 lbs in May. Lost 6 - 7 so far in April. This is a great idea - thanks!
