Have any of you read up on the flat belly diet? I don't follow ANY "diets", (because I just do all things in moderation and balance), but I've read many diet plans and I'll borrow bits and pieces that make sense to me. Flat Belly's MUFA addition to every meal makes sense to me, so I have simply made sure that I have a…

It's working great for me! I have not been eating my exercise calories back because the website I went to asked how many days and how long I would be working out so I figure they calculated that in. hope I'm not doing that part wrong! Anyway, I love it, and I'm back to losing a pound a week! I love Wednesdays because I get…

Feel free to add me too! This "getting older thing, slowing of the metabolism" is for the birds! I also could eat anything I wanted and my weight always stayed the same. Until my 40's! Ugh! (I'll be 44 on 8/8). So in the last couple of years I put, on an extra 10-15 lbs. I finally had it, and 55 days ago I joined Mfp, and…

I freaked out after I saw the chickens!!! I went down to Goosberries to buy the natural, cage free chickens.... WoW!!!! 1 chicken for $20.00!!! No Way!!!!!! Just can't do it! So, I have no choice but the sickly, crippled, antibiotic full chickens! Sad, but we eat a TON of chicken!

So do we have the "right" to judge? If our country goes to national health care, is it fair for my tax dollars to pay for the person across the table who is eating their un-healthy heart to death, smoking, not excersizing, and has a butt-load of expensive heath issues because of their LACK of…

I agree!!!! I hate it when I change my goals for the day....and it messed up all of my history! I have a piece of paper by the computer, and i keep track on there! Maybe MFP could fix this!!!
