I teach P.E., so I am so much more active during the school year! I participate with all of my classes, all day long, so I burn a ton of calories! During the summer, I walk 2 miles a day period! Well, I'm also doing a push-up challenge. Gotta show my high-schoolers what a 45 year old woman can do!

I did it for a couple of months and loved it! Worked great, actually overcame a plateau by cycling my calories. It was also great having days where I could eat more. Cheesecake, glorious cheesecake! I do EVERYTHING in moderation! I've managed to lose 19 pounds, and I have dessert........real, fat, dessert, every single night! Tonight, homeade ice cream!

Love this thread! Love being active, love feeling good, and I LOVE eating! I plan what I'm gonna eat the night before, including dessert (which I have every single night). Everything in moderation, and planning it out helps me to make great choices!
