I don't know what I'm doing! I'm 5'8, started at 152,and my goal was 140. Hit 140, and decided I had more weight to lose. Now I'm at 132.5, and still see some fat. I guess I'll lose a few more pounds, and then I'm ready to maintain! Quite worried about it though!

Just remember slow and steady wins the race! When you don't have a lot to lose, it's gonna be more difficult! Plus, keep doing what you're doing for the health of it! I've got it so good! I teach 1st-12th PE in a private Christan school. I have time to snack inbetween each class, I work out with my students all day long, and I can eat ALL the snacks brought in because I'm burning insane amounts of calories! I'm so thankful!

Yes, to what Nancy Ann said about the avacados! When I started being really careful about my food intake, I did a ton of research. I have some friends that swore by the flat belly diet, so I took notice! I have never, and will never "diet", but I do incorporate good ideas into my eating plan. So much of the flat belly's…

I don't really have a goal weight yet. When my thighs stop jiggling when I walk, then I'll know I'm at my goal weight! (I think I'm pretty close!)
