I make my biscuits with butter but I swap out half the white flour with whole wheat to add a little bit of nutrition, pure white biscuits turn into pure sugar

I find that exercise really suppresses my appetite. I like to binge as well, usually when I'm bored, do yo have enough activities? Do you take time for yourself to do things that you really enjoy? You need to feed your soul as well as your body.
