I use it in place of mayo in egg salad and I like it on it's own or sliced up in salads or on sandwiches. Your recipes have caught my attention and I'm going to jot them down and try them...thanks for posting!

I've been doing a smoothie for breakfast like some of the others have said. i use the almond milk and my favorite is mixed berries. I just was given the Zumba Fitness for the Wii and I really like it! I'm only on day 2 of doing it but I break a sweat if I put it on the 45 minute workouts and it is fun.
