as your on 1200 from the other post youll need to eat back all your calories. i dont find i need them as im already eating 1600 a day

i have the polar h7, and although its meant to be deems very accurate, i still only eat half cals ( once i deducted net vs gross those cals you would burn anyway sitting on the sofa)

you might find once your better find youll gain a bit back as 1. you'll begin eating again 2. your drink again.

yep, i am a member of that site and also health unlocked. i have researched my condition so i know what to go in with when seeing the dr as they sometimes dont know what there on about lol

i would suggest lowering your rate of loss if you only have 20lbs to lose... and also eat half your cals

I USE THE POLAR BEAT APP, IT HAS ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF EXERCISE ON THERE, AND GPS FOR RUNNING WALKING CYCLING ETC. records heart rate, calories, intensity

how much has MFP allocated for you? ive just had to cange my rate of loss to 1lb per week. i have 2.5 stone to lose which is about 35lbs.. i exercise 3-4 times a week, and i suffer from hypothyroidism. i would trust what mfp gives you hun.

Yes that's what I do. The 1 tile is big enough to just fit the scales and I get on it until a same reading shows 3 times lol

yes, im still experiencing some tiredness.. my hair is still very very thin.. does that ever go? and more importantly im on 1450 cals a day and not losing. i think i still have a long way to go

what do everyone aim their levels to be? my tsh is currently 2.96 which is technically ok, however i want a tsh levels for be less than 1, as ive read thats a optimal level for those with hypo
