hi, i also do 16:8 same as the reason of the lady above, to keep my calorie under control and only spend them when im genuinely hungry which is about 11. i would also consume empty calories after 7pm. doing 16:8 which for me is 7pm til 11am fast cuts all that out. its enabled me to be able to keep within my 1240 allowance…

any body have any updates on progress since this post? im also into week 2 of 16:8 and i lost 2lbs last week, its given me the edge to keep within calories, not eat after 7pm and fast until 11.. sometimes on my working day its a struggle but otherwise im ok.

i definitely am better with an eating window - because it feels like i can eat more normally during that window than say 12 hours.

its day 4 and today is the first time ive truly struggled to fast until 12. i have woken up at 6am absolutely starving. i think its worse that i cant have a coffee latte to see me through lol

i dont know what a n'er is?, but i do know les mills classes quite well. i love their combat classes, i do combat all the time, this way i get to do all my fav classes, at home for a small percentage of the cost of a normal gym membership

id love to do body pump, however i dont have time to go out to a class, as i have 2 toddlers, i study for an degree and i work full time, im only managing body combat at the minute because i do it from home, this is a nightmare lol

hiya, slimming world over here - im currently doing slimming but interested in my calorie consumption too - and doing sw naturally lowers the cals anyway so im happy.

i lost 4 stone on it, i have been doing some comparison - i currently do both slimming world and my fitness pal to count calories, i wanted to know why it was so successful, turns out even though there are "free" food, my intake is never over 1400 a day - hence the weight loss. so i would def give it a go.

nope you can eat whatever yopu like from free foods list - so for instance all free food is vegetable,s fruits, potatoes, protein. seasoning ( not sauces) so it opens up a massive amount to make recipe wise, its motivates you to cook from scratch rather than buy processed stuff. what you do have to make sure of, is your…
