Hi all, i have decided to try this IF, so far on day 3 its not as easy but its neither impossible.Looking for advice on the kind of food to eat when breaking a fast so as to avoid eating the wrong thing.Kindly add me as well for motivation.Thanks1

any body have any updates on progress since this post? im also into week 2 of 16:8 and i lost 2lbs last week, its given me the edge to keep within calories, not eat after 7pm and fast until 11.. sometimes on my working day its a struggle but otherwise im ok.1
