DONT GET ME WRONG - BOTH WORK. BUT DOING BOTH TOGETHER DOESNT, AND ITS EXTREMLEY HARD - I DEFO SUGGEST STICKING TO ONE OR THE OTHER. FOR NOW IM NOT LOGGING AND AM WRITING DOWN EVERYTHING IN MY SW JOURNAL.

Thanks everyone. Yea I weigh and measure everything I go by tdee so I don't eat back calories burnt. I'll keep soldiering on. Bloody hate those scales!!

im a slimming world member - ive lost 4 stone 12lbs in total - 3 stone of that with slimming world - been a member for a couple years though and i go up and down like a fricking yo yo at any occasion, easter, christmas birthdays. still trying to train my brain so add meif you like.

Thank you what a really informative post! Yea I go by tdee so I never eat my exercise cals back. It's too misleading on burnt cals etc. Thats really a good idea to run around meal times x

I stayed the same today.. I'm guessing I can put that down to water retention because I was really God dam sore both times I ran To the point of not being able to walk. I'll keep doing it and see what happens

yep i agree to the above i have a heart rate monitor with chest strap - this i found is the most effective. however i never eat my exercise cals anyway as i do TDEE. i use it as a point of refrence

I know heart rate monitors aren't dead on accurate. But it's got my statistics in. I'm not exactly light either. 2 ......hours non stop my heart rate average 160 all way through it. It's been a long time since I did it. So it was a big shock to my body. I do tdee so I don't eat them back so it don't matter if it's likely…

Yea I love afternoon tea. This is at Kilworth house in Leicestershire I'm so excited. I looked up the sandwiches I can cross them off cus I don't like cucumber sandwiches or salmon lol do I'll be just eating cake lol. I've just burnt 1462 calories in my 2 hr zumba class I reckon I'm covered

every thursday like clockwork my stomach does somersaults i get weighed at a group at 5.30pm so i literally spend the whole day in a mental mess.

im currently taking it - and too be honest its not making any difference. so ill be stopping soon - i think my diet is a low fat diet anyway so its not working, its expensive for what it is

their ways of eating is just a healthier way - cooking from scratch choosing better foods theres no strict plan. theres no going without.

sorry i have to disagree there - i love calories counting and slimming word both work - slimming world group support is fantastic and so far ive lost 4 stone on it.

YEP ME HERE! ive been tooing and froing from here to sw. not really counting syns. my first week at 100% sw and im utterly frustrated right now - i sneakily weighed in which is a no go on my own scales but i couldnt help me and ive stayed the same. i gained 5.5 at easter so was expecting a big loss really after all that…

exercise is a natural appetite supressent hun. my hunger normally comes about a few hours after the workout.

I'm back at sw too. I realised that my head wasn't properly in the game. I'm doing sp from yesterday until Thursday for a boost on the gain I had from choccy lol

when its put into a sentence such as " the reason youve not lost weight this week is because muscle weighs more than fat" and you my friend have gained muscle. :s
