ive just had to lower my rate - i have 28lbs to lose, and 1.5lbs was just too agressive for me - i do body combat 4 times a week, so now im set to lose 1lb a week

biscuits. they are my downfall in pms days - check my dairy. this week was loaded with them lol

love my polar ht4, i use it to calculate my calories - and i eat half of them back

i dont think you can make yourself have an hourglass shape - think women are naturally apple pear, hourglass etc.

i eat them if i need/want them. which i tend to mostly do lol. i have a heart rate monitor to evaluate calories burnt although i know the burns are still not 100% so i always leave half back

this post was made for me! i lost 5 stone just by calorie counting and doing dvds at home. i have a 2 and a 3 year old and finding time to go to the gym is just not there at the minute. so i tend to do it around them lol. after work or early in the morning. i currently am doing body combat - i buy the dvds off ebay

I have a 2 and a 3 year old so my time is limited. I workout 3 x a week body combat.. I try get extra walks in when I can but it's hard

it took me 3 weeks to have my whoosh from new exercise water retention - however just to make sure it is that and not anything else - you really do need to log log log and measure everything.

mine - is my photo comparison pick - i had this weekend off, and i enjoyed it and to make myself not stress about any daily failures, im focusing on the bigger picture

i love love love body combat. i buy the dvds off ebay. i have a real good diffeent collection of them now so the workouts vary and i dont get bored.

ive just looked at your food diary yes your eating 871 calories on mfp, however your measuring in cups etc. i bet if you weighed everything out in your food diary that youve had that day its more along the lines of 1200 calories. maybe more.

this weekend i absolutely threw mfp out the window lol.. i dread to think the calories i consumed, i just quick added 2600 for each day.. now im back on it today with reduced calories. hoping to limit the damage

i weighed every day last week and drove myself insane. im sticking to weekly weigh ins hun. i couldnt cope with the fluctuations. its all about preference

you eat in a deficit. the calories that MFP gives you. an exercise calorie burnt is an added bonus and you should eat 25%-50% of them back

this is interesting. thank you. its good to hear what other women go through re totm. i finished tuesday so maybe i haven't given my body enough time. i just know in the past that i have the water whoosh during totm and gain before hand.. maybe ive shifted for whatever reason. its nice to know other people understand.…

thanks rabbit. the body combat isnt new. i take readings from my hrm. i do bloody go some when i work out. sweat just pores out of me. my heart rate can reach 170 if i really push myself but on average its 150-160. but your right - ill log half of them anyway just to be on the safe side. i really wouldnt mind maintaining…

Yep I do slimming world however I float between the 2. I try to make healthy choices for the calories I'm given within the 15 syns.. Add me if you like I've got another 2 stone till goal. Currently not losing so I'm having to reassess my logging

i wish i had time to do all that, unfortunately with a 2 and 3 year old i can just about manage 45 minutes four times a week at home :)

yep i burn about 480-500 calories according to my hrm, its not law but its a good indication

im not sure how a garmin works, however i have a Heart rate monitor and only add my calories burnt through my combat classes.. and just use the set given amount that mfp gives you

im a busy mum of a 2 and a 3 year old.. i too have limited time.. however i just adore body combat les mills. i dont have time to go to a gym and do it, so its much more convienent doing it at home. i buy the dvds on ebay or i watch a you tube video. i burn about 500 cals a time. i love martial arts. its all about finding…
