horrible isnt it. theres no way ive eaten that amount of calories for it to be fat.. so im still holding onto water and i dont know why. i also know this because im up and down throughout the night about 5 times to go to the toilet. last night i slept all the way through... im holding onto it like god knows what

I wear a hrm and it says according to my stats can I can burn about 500 calories give or take. I'm burning that 4 times a week. fasting wont make you lose more.. being at a calorie deficit will make you lose. im the same i dont lose and i train with les mill combat 4 times a week. ive put it down t logging inaccuracies and ladies totm for me. i was up 6lbs yesterday hun. im trying not to freak. how many calories are you eating whats your stats?

But if you work out 5 hours a day aren't you creating a bigger deficit? This is the only thing about losing weight that I don't get. I do body combat 4 times a week and whilst I truly thought it should be dropping off me. I'm hardly losing at all. In fact I gained 1.5 last week

Be thankful of the calories hun you'll miss them as you lose weight that amount will get lower. I use to moan at not having enough cals at 1700 a day. Now mfp gives me 1200 to lose 2lbs and 1400 to lose a 1lb

For me it's mid week totm. I also had a stupidly large bit if birthday cake last night.. not much sodium in it but loads of sugar lol.. I'm tracking my weight via libra although I have a slight feeling I'm not cut out for daily weighing because of my mini meltdown earlier

Thanks everyone.. Yes I weigh measure everything. I'm eating 1600 calories on tdee minus 25% I'm 31 215lbs and 5 ft7. I swap and change the sessions of combat too. I never keep to the sane session. 1 week I can do body combat 61 the next I can do body combst 65. Each session is different but the basis is the same. Couple…

it could be water retention from new exercise. it could be your eating more than you realise. do you weigh and measure everything?

1200 not eating back exercise calories? im doing the TDEE method which incorporates exercise calories burnt if i dropped to 1200 i would be netting at about 700-800

i always thought a calorie is a calorie - if i deplete eating carbs - then id have to spend the rest of my life doing that.. what i want is a healthy balance of carbs protein fats - its managing that balance lol especially on totm

Yep to all that. Yes I do the recipe first then add it to the builder after weighing. I put on 10lbs whilst in ibiza back in Sept so I worked that off I didn't put in any weight during Christmas and since then floated around the sane couple pounds. I try and see my trend graph but it's not very informative on mfp and happy…

This post is exactly me. I weighed in yesterday to see a 1.5 gain for no reason. Went for a wee bam! Aunt flo had showed her face.. I do body combat 4 times a week. I was well within my calories so it just had to be this that was my gain.. I'm holding out for my whoosh next week lol

the only thing i notice is my hunger level rise and its not an appetite i want to mess with either - biscuits are my thing. i know when it hits its ridiculous.. i wouldnt exercise if i felt tired. it will ease..just wait then start up again.
