The way my mind is pre-programmed to do the things I did when I was 20kg heavier like avoid photos, go for the size large in everything, obsess over my image in the mirror - should I actually be wearing this singlet, do my arms look too fat? Is this skirt too short, can everyone see my cellulity calves?

I just ate five Hershey's kisses and don't feel guilty! I have a treat everyday, I just work it into my 1200 calories. Keeps me sane!

I will be your friend! I also need a little motivation - have lost 22kg so far and want to lose 13-16kg more. I have lost 90% through diet alone but realise that exercise is going to have to feature if I want to be toned. I hate exercise!

I am from NZ too! Have been using this app for just under a year and have lost 20kg. Currently at 86kg and would love to get to 68kg by October but I might be dreaming!
