Dairy-free protein shakes?
Does anyone know of any shakes out there that don't contain dairy? I haven't really looked myself yet but thought I would post this and see if anyone has some suggestions. Thanks heaps!

Fat knees!
Does anyone else have this problem? I just can't seem to lose my chubby knees!

Cellulite
I have hideous cellulite all over the back of my legs pretty much from calves up. I have already lost 22kg but it doesn't really seem to have reduced. Granted, I don't exercise much at all so that might have an effect on minimizing the appearance but was wondering if anyone had any cellulite success stories/REAL tips etc?
