1- packed up my size 24 stuff to be donated 2- had a teacher at the YMCA before school care where I drop off my kids comment two days in a row about how he can see that I have lost a bunch of weight :) for a girl that has a lot more to lose it is great that others are now noticing. :)

I am 23 lbs into what will about to be 120 lb weight loss journey and today on my walk during my son's baseball practice I threw in 1 to 1.5 minute jogging intervals. Did 7 total peppered throughout my 41 minute walk. Is not a ton but for me - at still 275 lbs - it was huge and I will allow myself to be proud.

39 here and my turning 40 next March is looming large so my mantra is to be fit at 40. Considering I have more than 100lbs to drop I won't be at the finish line by then but I can damn well be closing in on it! :) I'm about 17 lbs into my journey to take care of me. You are not alone!
