Thanks for posting on this one!! I'm on day 5 and had mine out 2 yrs ago and I've been worrying about it ever since. I tried this diet about 3 years ago and it went amazing but then things went sideways. I get that I'm going to have stay with it because I think there's a gluten insensitivity happening here too. Hooray!…

I was horrified in highschool when a loud one went off that was clearly me as I was being my usually anti-social self and sitting alone in a corner. :blushing: I am ashamed to say since being married, I've uh, let myself go? toots wise...and I'm too old and tired of struggling with my intestinal tract...:grumble:

Your perseverance inspires me and I am so proud of all you've overcome and achieved. You can do anything in the world you want to do. This last few months is proof of that. xo Your biggest mfp fan!

This is awesome! Yep, identifying here  Lost my way over the last 4 years with some health issues and sidelined by old and new injuries. (car accident, rugby, long distance running) packed on the weight and missing being able to see the muscle underneath!! Happily married to my amazingly beautiful, super-smart wife…
