I am still truckin' along, slow and steady. I lost one lb this week which was a nice change from my half pound week plateau I was stuck on! Only 2 lbs lost this month but with my crazy schedule I will take it! Hope everyone had a nice weekend!

Had a busy week but I was able to get in a work out on Friday. Planning on doing it again today!

If I am going to be cleaning for a long period I stop every 30 minutes and do 10 sit ups, 10 push ups or jumping jacks. Just to change the pace :smile:

I get bored easily too! I had been doing the C25K training but hurt my shin. So I added the 30 day Shred to keep me interested and not give up!

I agree with marwi. Do what you can don't give up. :flowerforyou: I have just started adding the 30 day shred into my routene. I have started very slow, for example I know I have very little upper body strength so have been doing everything with out weights until I can complete all the exercises. Then I will add some…

I am way behind! I finished W2D3 last monday but have injured my shin :grumble: I have taken a break from the C25K until I feel better. In the mean time I am trying to work on my endurance by doing Jillian's 30 day shred. Hopefully I will be starting week 3 on Wed...going to give my shin a few more days off.

I am still here! Just had a busy couple of weeks with company visiting from out of state. With my visitors my exercise and eating habits have not been the best. At least I haven't gained! SW 165 CW 164 While I am behind on my goal I am going to increase my workouts this week. Keep up the great work everyone!

I am in the same boat with all of you! I love my wine and I hate having to measure out my servings :grumble: I have been drinking 5 oz a night of white wine and adding a couple of ice cubes. It seams to make it last a bit longer. I also don't have a problem managing my food and exercise but I really want to have another…

Just finished W2D2! I like the 2 minute recovery walks between the jogs. It seams to be easier this way in compared to week 1 but might just be me! Keep up the great work everyone!

I had a rough weekend too! But like you said it is a new week and I am going to push forward. To keep myself on track I am going to purchase a food scale to keep me in line :wink: To a healthy week!

Just finished W1D2 and I was able to complete the whole exercise which made my day! :bigsmile: On W1D1 I had exercised on the beach and was only able to do half...firm ground is much easier!!

Just finished W1D1! I had to walk about 6 of the 60 second jogs but I am ready to go again for D2 on Friday! :happy:

When I do that video I enter my exercise at walking at either 3.0 MPH or 3.5 MPH depending on how hard I am working the video. Hope that helps!
