i dont have picturees but i lost nearly 10 lbs, and a ton of inchs (roughly 8 inches all over) and two dress sizes that month (to be fair. it was the first time i started working out, counting calories etc after the baby..)

i did it for 30 days straight.... coz well for me one day rest turns into 3 weeks... it does a little harder to do on the level 2 for ten days straight, but IMO totally worth it.. just push through the pain, i kept reminding myself its only 20 mins and i bear the pain for 20

i never had a weight problem.. i ate/drank what i wanted and stayed about 110-115. then got married, got preggers... gained almost 45lbs.. 6 months after baby i weighed the same as i did leaving the hospital.. and i realized i couldnt eat what i did and looked how i wanted to. it was time to kick off the bad habits

i weigh myself every Monday morning. when i weighed myself on say a friday with a weight loss. i would let go over the weekend and ate/drank badly. i feel if i know i have to weigh on monday i am a little more concious of my food

i dont go to the gym anymore, but earlier i used a lululemon one... they are big, comfy and sturdy. i used mine for a good 5 years

me and my bestie celebrate our bdays 3 weeks apart. so we had a joint party.. you know.. hotel room (pent house suite), club (downing grey goose like it was going out of style) new hair/shoes/dress/makeup danced the night away.. now i look back soo much fun bbut such a wawste of money.. i wish i had bought a LV purse…

i just did week 1 i cant believe how well i did the fast feet this time. i rmbr the first time around i couldnt do them for more then 15 seconds. im doing the week 2 tmmrw so ill let you kno which one sucked harder

you want to lose 50 lbs by august 2012??? doesnt sound too healthy. i eat about 1200 (give or take a 100 calories), eat lots of veggies (baby carrots will become your bff), try and limit whire rice, brown rice is an acquired taste but its so much healthier. stop the junk food. the amount of calories in pop, chips, cookies…

i thought week 2 was alot harder than 1. personally i thought week 1 was too easy... but argh week 4 i feel is killing me shoulders. havent done measurements yet, but arms are looking mighty fine now days :). i can actually see mini guns!
