I guess it depends on how many calories you eat in a day. MFP has mine set at 1510. So i don't really like to use so many calories for a snack. I eat them as my whole lunch with like a string cheese or something.

I'm 5'3". Started MFP about 7 wks ago at 267. I'm weighing in at about 243 right now. My goal weight is about 140-150. I accumulated all my weight over the years after having 6 kids, youngest 2 are still in diapers. I cut my cal intake by alot. I have no clue how many calories i was eating before but i'm sure it was about…

I gave up pop/soda completely. I started my journey 5 weeks ago and thats the last time I had a sip of pop. Nothing but water for the last 5 weeks!!! I never thought that would be possible for me. But I'm doing it and everyday it's getting easier to live without my beloved pop. Good luck to you!

I do push ups on my knees too. Jumping jacks are getting easier but the jump rope still kills me too!!

I did Week 1 Day 4 yesterday. I'm slowly starting to see that it's getting easier to do the jumping jacks and the whole routine without pausing it!! Still hard as heck though!

I'm also doing Day 2 of Week 1 today! I plan on repeating week 1 next week cuz the jogging for a minute is killing me. I want to better myself before heading into Week 2. Problem is, it's gonna be real hot out today. Does anyone know if doing the C25K on the treadmill have the same results??

I work at a hospital. 11p to 7:30a. 5 days a week. I also get confused when to log in my meals. But right now i'm on the 12-12 way. Anything I eat right after midnite at work would be my breakfast. Feel free to add me!
