Unsweetened iced tea, various flavors of seltzer (sometimes I add MIO to the unflavored).

Have always loved salads, steel cut oats, muesli, yogurt and especially ice cream; never was a big meat eater. I would go through a 1/2 gallon every two days. WHITE BREAD -- I loved, threw some bologna on it or PBJ, if I was in the mood for something not sweet. I am still a chocoholic -- fortunately I never liked french…

Please add me, too!!!

vegemite . . .

Chris seems like a problem -- jealous and checking up on you already. It won't be long before he has you confined to his house once you are married. Think long & hard on this guy.

No . . . . I can't . . . .

I like steel cut oats, add cinnamon, small amount of chopped nuts, 1 Tbsp of dried cranberries or raisins.

Melted butter has no calories

Club soda/seltzer, unsweetened iced tea or carry a Mio in my purse & flavor the water.
-
flavored seltzer

I prefer sashami, yellowtail, if available.

My latest thing is trying to decide if some of the things they are buying are imported -- and more recently what is non-GMO. It's not tough enough to be buying healthy but adding that into the mix . . . & seeing if maybe next time I should be buying something that they have in their carts.

Yes, bring it up. Since I have weight to lose, and she can stand to lose about 75 lbs, about twice a month I bring it up by saying, "I'm so sick of my weight, we both have to do something," etc., etc. always bringing myself into the picture of having the same problem as her. She tends to buy TV gadgets, thinking she's…

Deli sliced turkey breast or roast beef, a few slices with chopped tomato on it, with 1 TBSP salad dressing or mayo. A sandwich without the bread -- love it.

There's nothing better than a salmon fillet/steak just dotted with a little olive oil & paprika or Old Bay Seasoning and put in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. My favorite is Cod tho'.

Set a series of small goals for yourself, 5 or 10 lbs goals and when you get close to 600, make that your goal to get under 600 lbs, etc. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but I have to play games with my own head, like instead of having 5 cookies, have 4. It is tough to think that we have to watch our food intake, after all,…

When I'm lazy, 1 TBSP light salad dressing, and add chopped onion, tomatos, dried basil & oregano.

Track your sodium to see how high it is, you seem to eat out, and/or eat alot of pre-packaged (?) foods. I agree with previous writer, get some fiber into your diet.

Chopped tomato, fresh basil and salt & pepper.
-
1/4 c muesli mixed with 4 oz Activia light yogurt or a lite english muffin with a poached egg and turkey bacon.
-
Love it cubed with a squeeze of lime juice and salt, or on a low calorie BLT made with lo cal bread, tomato, light mayo, lettuce, turkey bacon and, of course, the avocado. Also, as an addition to any salad.

Are you not eating or not logging in? Your diary is showing deficits of anywhere from 167 cals to 1261 cals!! I think you are sabotaging yourself. Don't skip meals and eat as close to your daily calories goals as possible.

Track your sodium intake. You may be holding water.

I don't know what to say about "too much protein," but protein staves off the hunger. As far as on the go breakfast, how about some type of nutrition bar, a hard boiled egg, Wasa crispbread with a smidge of peanut butter . . .

I'm not at my goal weight yet, but have lost a total 26 lbs and have been at my summer home for about 1 1/2 months now, and not exercising. I decided that I will continue to log in, not exercising, but am determined to maintain the loss. About one week ago, getting a little confident about eating what I want, I stepped on…

Are you holding water? Maybe change one of your "columns" to sodium, to see if your sodium intake may be high.

That one tablespoon of butter has less calories once it is melted down. Duh . . . .

I love it with canned diced tomatos and grated cheese. Cut it in half, take out the seeds, put it cut side down in a microwavable dish, cover (with saran wrap), micro 10-14 minutes or so, til tender. Scrape out the squash with a fork. Seperately, heat up a can of Delmonte diced tomatos (with the herbs added, if you like),…

My safe bet is chicken & broccoli. Check out the caloric content on MFP before you go. If you will be tempted to have rice, measure out what 1/2 or 1 c. would look like at home so you don't overeat. I normally order this as take out and eat the whole pint, & have 1/2 c. of white rice that comes with it. Even if you go over…

I've always done the cooking and don't like meat that much. What I've always done is cook the regular meal to a point, take my portion out and continue to prepare it for my husband. Little things, like leaving the cheese out of a dinner salad on mine or just changing out the dressing is common. For a meat substitute, I'd…
