pork -- is it safe?
Someone just mentioned on a forum that they don't eat pork or beef, which led me to notice that I have been buying more and more pork, due to a lot of supermarket sales lately on pork butts, bacon, ribs, etc. Does anyone know if all the bacteria content disappear with cooking it to the proper temperature?

I've been plateaued at 180 since July1, and need some input. I am 61 yrs, F, and set a calorie goal of 1600, with an eventual goal of 150.. Should I be losing weight, even if I don't exercise? I know that if I was not logging and trying to get control of my weight I'd be eating a lot more on a daily basis. I know I go over…

Have you stopped meds w/o Dr. approval?
I am on blood pressure and cholesterol meds for obvious reasons. I have heard/read about so many people who've taken themselves off, with and without Dr. approval and not taking meds is one of my goals, once I take off some more weight.
