My trainer has us working on drinking a gallon of water a day...I never drink that much but I'm working on it! The minimum amount we are supposed to drink is 8 cups which is 64 oz. My calorie goal is 1600/day but I often go over it. I eat 400 each for breakfast, lunch and dinner and then 200 cals for snacks both in the morning and afternoon.
