BUMP FOR LATER -- A breakfast that stays with me for quite awhile is an egg white omelet using 4 egg whites, 3 Tbsp cubed ham, 1 Tbsp 2% cheddar cheese.

I did WW years ago and found I always hit a plateau, but never could really figure out why. -- and then I'd basically give up. I feel like MFP has better tools to help you understand why you aren't losing weight (eating too much sodium, etc.). Plus, if you have a question about anything you can always post to your MFP…

I've lost 31 pounds since April and the only exercise I've done is walking. I get up and do Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD before work each morning. I'm hoping to add some strength training at some point, but walking is always my go-to exercise.

I started MFP in April and started tracking my water -- usually about 16 cups per day. Hopefully i will continue this even in the winter because I feel so much better when I do drink that much water.

I get up at 4:00 AM every week day to get my 5-mile walk in. You get used to it, although there are times you'd rather sleep in.

I love my Fitbit. It has definitely inspired me when I haven't had many steps in for the day. Since I'm able to do it myself, I will take in my pants when they are getting too loose. So if I had a pair of pants in a size 14 and lost weight, I would take them in enough to equal a size 12. Then when the pants I altered to equal a size 12 get too loose, I would buy the size 10, etc.

I got up at 4:00 AM today to do my Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burning DVD. Although I hate it when the alarm goes off at that time, I feel great once I have completed my five miles!
