  • Try not to weigh yourself often, it will drive you crazy and definitely discourage you. The more you weigh yourself the more consumed you become with it....Focus on being consistent with diet, exercise, etc. Stress only makes things harder...Be positive!
  • Jillian Michaels workout video Ripped In 30. There are 4 different dvds, 1 for each week. 3 circuits of 3 min of strength, 2 min of cardio, and 1 min of abs. I just started week 1 and I am on day 4...good workout.
