Plain and simple...if you have the primary custody you can do what you want. If he tries to take you to court he will lose haha. The judges won't rule in his favor.

Of course it's ok to take your kids. I don't see why her father would be against it. Haven't you seen the first episode of The Biggest Loser this season. They're tackling childhood obesity.

Watch your sodium levels on foods. They could be causing you to retain water weight. Keep going...eventually the plateau will break. Also, are you taking your measurements. Sometimes you might not lose on scale but you could be losing inches. Keep going. Good luck on your journey.

I went from drinking coffee everyday to drinking it maybe once or twice a month when I stop by Starbucks. I switched to green tea. I do miss the coffee, but research says it stores fat. Since I cut it out I've been more energized and losing weight. They also say the caffeine will eventually make you crash.

In a relationship you have to give and take. Have you thought about changing trainers to a female? Maybe start paying more attention to your man. He probably feels like your distant right now. Good luck.

I try not to do pills. The only thing I'm taking right now is Shakeology from beach body. It's just a shake. All you have to do is put healthy stuff into your body. Don't rely on pills. I've lost more weight without them.

Eat a little before you work out so you have energy and eat some more afterwards to replenish. Sounds like a plan to me.

I have the fitbit ultra. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. It encourages me to walk more cuz I know my steps are being tracked and I get a more accurate count on my calories burned during a workout. I use it almost everyday. Feel weird when I don't have it.

I would get the look then go home and get the belt plus grounded for a week from everything.

I'm getting quicker results off Insanity and Jillian Michael's than I ever did at the gym.

I'm almost done with the workouts. It's taking me longer to do it since I'm only doing 3-4 days a week. I'm not going to lie. It is a hard workout and sometimes I want to cry cuz I get tired so fast. But I've gone from 129.8 to 111 since starting it in August. I've also lost 4 inches in my chest and 3 inches in my waist…

Not true. I do squats in Insanity and still haven't gone down a size, although I probably could.

I used to weight 113 in a size 5 and now I'm at 111.8 at size 7. LOL GO FIGURE

Just make sure you eat breakfast lunch and dinner. If you aren't that hungry then pick up some fruit or a small salad. That way your body won't go into starvation mode. Just make sure you always have food in your system because if you wait to eat later then you're going to be more hungry and then you're going to want to…
