Sometimes you just have to switch up your routine. Just stay active. Weather is nice now so run at a different place or try swimming. Maybe some Volleyball or Soccer. You'll eventually get back to it. Best of luck!

I just got a fitbit and all my questions about logging how much I worked out disappeared cuz it tracked it for me. Hence I avoid the snarky comment people. LOL!

LOVE THE FITBIT. It was making my counts more accurate. Too bad I lost it. I need to buy a new one :( It's a great choice to get one. Seriously recommend it.

I happen to think she is right though. I'm 5'-0" and I can do perfectly ok on a 1200 calories diet and lose weight the healthy way still. I agree with alypri. The last few lbs is the hardest to lose. What helped me break the plateau is Beachbody Shakeology. If you have the money get it. It works wonders and my recommendations are on the chocolate flavored one. Best of luck to you.

Completely agree. I always plan my morning meals a little better if I know I'm gonna pig out at night. Works wonders as long as it's not an every day routine.

I guess some people just don't have the same self control. If they chose not to eat then why worry about it as long as your doing what's best for you. I do eat like crazy on special occasions but it doesn't mean I don't regret that hurting tummy later. I just work out harder the next day and I feel guilt free.

It's not bad for you if you watch your portion sizes. It's not the healthiest thing, but definitely not bad for you. I kinda switched over to more organic cereals. You always have to find what works for your because different meal plans work differently with different people. LOL!

The best thing for me was to cut out food in increments. Like if I went to fast food I would order a small meal instead of medium then eventually cut out cokes and so forth. I had to get rid of some really nice jeans and shirts. Fast food doesn't taste the same to me anymore. People tell me I'm too skinny and need to gain weight.

Concider giving her away to an old lady. Declawing isn't bad if you do it to the front paws. Only downfall I saw when my cousin declawed her cat was the cat took to biting more often.

I love how Insanity transformed my body. It is hard on your knees, but you should know when to take it easy. I started out with Jillian Michael's 30 DS first just to get some upper body strength. You will need it if you are going to do Insanity. Good luck.
