People who are rude to other people for no reason, or someone who is CONCEITED. Got rid of one of those along time ago. For the record...saying "I'M NOT CONCEITED I'M JUST CONFIDENT" means you ARE CONCEITED.

Cook nothing but healthy meals so even if he takes in a lot he's not consuming so many calories. You might not help him out of the home, but you can help him in the home.

Reading the book for the second time. I don't know how they're going to make a movie out of it though. It's just too graphic and if they cut out the graphic parts then I'm sure that's just gonna make the book better.

I liked the 30 DS. I believe I did each level 10 days and I was able to do full pushups by the end of it.

Well, I see why you were only with him for 2 months. You need to find someone on the same path as you that's just as understanding. Obviously he wasn't. He's an ex for a reason so that means his opinion doesn't matter. MOVE ON! You need to get confident again and make yourself happy because no one is going to do it for you.

I completely agree with this. I see so many people eating under their goals, but not exactly eating healthy. I feel way better and my body is starting to do what I want it to do because I changed some items to whole grain and on other things I went to organic. Instead of cookies I grab a yogurt. I agree with this. I'm never starving. It's just about making healthier choices. I still allow myself to splurge once in a while, but definitely not on a daily basis like I used to. I'm way happier and way healthier today than where I was a year ago.

I just added Shakeology into my diet and my plateau broke quick.

The fitbit is pretty accurate. If you have a job where you spend a great deal of the day walking then yeah I would say it's about right.

Say what ya'll want about Shakeology, but that's the only thing that helped me break my plateau big time. Full of all natural stuff too. Gave me great results and it really does keep me full compared to other shakes. Nexangelus...thanks for the protein info.

Just find nice ways to ease out of the friendship. Somehow mention a new rule that gossip is not tolerated and people can get fired for it. This tends to happen alot in small offices. That's why I got my office to hire one of my good friends so we get along and gossip just fine.

I'm not sure if anything can track swimming. You would just have to estimate your cardio. Fitbit can't get wet.
