    Wow, thanks to everyone for the kind words, I really appreciate it! It is / was hard to keep away from alcohol after 5-6 years of drinking quite literally 24/7, but the more weight I lose, and the better I feel the easier it is... because I know if I ever start drinking again, I will just as quickly go back to the way I was, and I would not be a live much longer if I did.

    This is what killed my father-in-law, taking him away from his two boys, four grandchildren and the rest of his family, when he was only 63 years old. I fervently hope that you are able to keep this change in your life, and that you have the everyday support you will need to carry on with your healthy lifestyle. Your progress is amazing, congratulations.
