How about throw away all the bad stuff and stock up on healthy stuff...that way when you binge atleast it's on healthy stuff. That could be a start. There are things that are healthy for your that are good like fruit.

You have to push yourself or your going to stay at the same level. When I started working out I couldn't even do 3 pushups. Now with Insanity I'm doing wayyyyyy more. If you are burning calories then it's exercise. I use a FitBit. Tracks all my calories burned during the day.

Buy a FitBit to keep track of your workouts. It's an expensive device but I love it and use it everyday. It tracks everything and I believe it's pretty accurate. You can check it out under the APPS tab on upper left, but I just bought mine on Ebay and saved about $10.

You gotta try a can of corn...a block of creme cheese...and 2 small cans of diced jalepenos. Don't drain any of the liquids from the cans so the creme cheese can melt. It's delicious. I don't eat jalapenos, but I love the kick that the juice gives to the corn.

Start maintaining your sodium intake. You could be retaining water weight.

Just buy Stevia. Artificial sweeteners are not good for you in the long run. Stevia is natural.

I say go for it. Just pace yourself a little slower and you should be fine. Take an iPod an you won't even notice your heavy breathing.

I always order the grilled chicken with sauteed mushrooms and instead of any mashed potatoes or anything i get the sauteed greenbeans...they're delicious.
