When I am very tempted then I just take a very small bite enough to kill my craving then I walk away. Good idea.

Thanks for your opinions. I finished the 30 DS and although I didn't take measurements, I do notice my pants no longer fit me tight at all and I love that. I'm curious to see how 6 Pack in 6 weeks works for me. This time I really need to try to take measurements.

I'm 5'-0 and I've always dated guys taller than me. But at my height everyone is taller than me, but I have dated guys around 5'-6". My current boyfriend is 5'-10"

I did it three years ago with my brother and sister-in-law. It was the most exciting thing I've ever done and would love to do it again. The plane ride up freaked me out more than the jump itself. I was pumped. I even got it on video. My brother is scared of heights and he went twice. Lucky him.

I heard that if you eat Pasta and just sit then you will feel bloated and gain weight but if you walk or do some kind of exercise it's not so bad. People that eat alot of pasta are probably very active. I did hear that wheat pasta is better though.

I read that too much caffeine can also make you sluggish after a period of time. I actually stopped drinking coffee except for maybe once every two weeks when I stop at starbucks, and I switched to Celestial Herbal Tea Non Caffeinated. I was shocked at how I was sleeping alot better and also had more energy during the day.…

When I did the videos I would average out to about 140-144 calories per workout. I used My Fit Bit to measure this.

Have you changed your workout routine? Sometimes that will cause you to gain weight for a short period of time do to a change in your muscles, but then it will start coming back down.

I do not see a problem with girls wearing only sports bras at the gym. I personally dont do it but then again I don't have the stomach for it. Sometimes when I see girls like that then it encourages me to push harder to get that flat toned stomach.

My peeve is when I go to the gym and there's too many damn people that the machines are never available. Some gyms only seem to care about making their quotas. I used to go to Zumba classes but the classes were so full I couldn't even get a full workout without bumping into someone. I stopped going to the gym and I'm now…

You look amazing but your goal of 105 I believe is too low. I think you should just work on toning where you are already at.

I love mine. Had it about a month. It encourages you to take more steps and it adjusts your calorie count. Some times you work off more than what MFP calculates so it gives you those extra calories back. Also if you get one look on ebay or amazon. They tend to be a slight bit cheaper.
