I'm also on 1200 calories and I've been making progress. It's not hard to stick to it. Just gotta learn portion control.

The caffeine alone eventually makes you crash. I drink Starbucks maybe once every two weeks. I used to drink coffee every morning. Since I cut back big time I started having more energy. I drink non caffeinated herbal tea now.

If you bought it credit some banks have the money pending. Might take a day or two to show up on your account.

Switch up your exercise. Also remember if you switch up you might gain a lb or two for a couple weeks due to sore muscles.

You have to get yourself used to eating a certain way. Cut one thing out at a time and when your body gets used to it...make another healthy change. Seems to be working for me.

I think some of the stuff we intake no matter how good it tastes is not good for you. You can always try healthy homemade shakes with protein or whey powder. I'm currently drinking shakeology and man I'm definitely not hungry after drinking one of those.
