I used to be a size 5 at 121 lbs. Now for some strange reason I'm a size 7 at 121 lbs. Maybe your bones grow? Oh well, as long as I feel my body looking better I don't care.

I haven't done the RI30 but I think you should go for it. I noticed a huge difference in my arms after doing JM 30 Day Shred and then I did a few days of the 6 week 6 pack, but now I moved onto Insanity. I haven't used it personally but my sis in law has and she dropped alot of weight. She liked it but the cost seems alot. I would say go for it as long as you keep exercising.

I did it for four days a week and did notice a huge difference in my arms. I noticed a little in my stomach but just remember not to get discouraged because the stomach area does take time.

I am also very thin at 120 right now. I just want to drop one more pound. At your weight you should be more worried about toning. You gotta stay healthy. At lower weights I was becoming anemic. I'm happy between 115-120.

Honestly sometimes a heartbreak is the best motivation. I got to my lowest weight that way cuz I was so angry I worked out like crazy.

I'm not toned, but I've always been thin and people ask me all the time why I work out when I'm so skinny. Just like you said HOW DO THEY THINK WE GOT THIS WAY. We keep working at it to maintain it.
