I am 5'4 and before I started having major weight problems I was a normal 16. Now I am an 18w/20w. This is why I want/need to loose weight! I would love to be 100-120 pounds lighter!

I am having a horrible time keeping my carbs and my fats down while keeping my protein up! Any suggestions? Even on a good day I feel like I do very poorly!

I have looked into it myself and I JUST started keeping track of my food and the carbs. That is why I joined here...everytime I wasn't at home and needed to look up nutritional information it brought me to here. All I do is look at the carbs and the fiber and then subtract the fiber from the carbs. Today is technically day…

Hang in there. I truly believe that we all start to get down on ourselves when we do not see the results we expect when we think that we should see them. Hang in there and push through the what if's and the I can'ts otherwise you'll be back at square one.
