I am with you,water actually gives me terrible heartburn;-((( Diet Coke does not..so strange...lol.. I try to use little plastic cups to try to get through the day....I don't beat myself up if I don't drink 8 glasses and neither should you..We are trying..good luck,your not alone.

I just bought the Polar watch/ heart monitor,and it is great!!!! It displays my heart rate constantly (which motivates me to kick it up a notch) and at the end tells me a breakdown of the work out,calories etc...I highly recommend. It's 95.00.

Does the no carb after lunch apply to fruits and veggies? They are carbs. Can't imagine that.

So glad for this thread:)) I am an avid red wine drinker. What I do is limit my sugar intake during the day so I free up some carbs and calories to enjoy a few glasses of wine with dinner. It has worked great so far. My mantra is I'd rather drink my calories than have a piece of bread or desert. I still stay under my…

Yum!! I marinate mine in fat free Italian dressing and grill them..Super good...Be careful with P.B mushrooms and olive oil. They,like egg plant are SUPER absorbant and can become quite high in calories and fat if marinated in too much of any type of oil.

Logging drinks in your snacks is the only real way to do it. They have many beer,wine and liquor selections and they are acurrate in their calorie/carb/sugar etc..You really should log it,I know its a drag but those calories really add up. Good luck. Cheers!!!
