I know for me when I hit a plateau, I eat more calories for 3 days or so and drop back down and that usually helps. You might try to eat more calories for a couple of days add a treat or two to your lineup and see if that helps.

Plus if you add a little maple syrup with the salted butter it tastes like butterscotch! :)

Uncured salami, nuts, cheese, dried fruit. (I'm primal not paleo so I eat cheese).

Yes, I eat paleo to be healthy , I don't have any specific health problems involving dairy, if your body tolerates it, a small amount is not bad. I use heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese and cheese. Life would not be worth living for me if I had to give up cheese.

Why did you leave CC? I was on there too but decided this was easier and the app works better on my phone!

I always cut it up and add it soups and stews. Tuscan or Dinosaur is my favorite kind of kale, I find the curly kale a little tough to eat.

Pork rinds or plantain chips and guacamole is what I go to when I want something salty and crunchy....but they are higher in carbs so only for an occasional treat.

I know a lot of people eat strictly paleo because of health problems. I have very bad allergies as well and paleo has helped me tremendously. I don't have food allergies so I'm lucky. I eat Primal with the addition of small amounts of dairy. I generally tend to be 80/20 on my plan.....if I can do that, I'm doing good. Glad…

I'm lazy and crave sweets too! The holidays do me in because it's hard to resist the treats...but I have successfully lost 45 pounds on the paleo way of eating for about 8 months...so I know I can do it...it just takes some willpower to get going. Once I'm in it I don't have the cravings as much. I try to manage them so…

I love it! I make a cilantro, lime rice that's good! Really good alternative for a low carb diet...

definitely guacamole! Mash your avocado, add fresh lime juice, crushed fresh garlic, diced onion, a dash of hot sauce and cut up tomato or fresh salsa. Also eat it straight with salsa......I always eat my avocado with some form of acid, lemon, lime, balsamic vinegar or salsa.

I eat paleo and there's no way I would give up my coffee! You are likely experiencing the no caffeine and low carb effects...you can get flu like symptoms until your body adjusts. Up your fat intake and drink your coffee with half and half or full cream and no sugar. Lose the diet soda, that stuff is awful for you! I lost…

I love fermented foods but haven't been brave enough to try them on my own. I'm sure I will at some point, in the meantime Bubbies is my friend...LOL....

I have 50-60 pounds to lose and have gotten off track lately due to a divorce, unemployment and stress. I'm back on the right path, I have great people to support me and ready to do this! My February Goals Stay on my Paleo…

It really is mind over matter....but try doing something different...try eating eggs and bacon cut the sugar, fruit and carbs out of your diet and you will lose fat. Up your good fat intake, coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter, bacon, avocado. Fats do not make you fat! Your body will feel full, you won't be hungry and…

Fat makes you fat. Fat does NOT make you fat! Look at eating paleo/primal low carb diet..... :)

Eat more protein to help you feel full longer. I usually eat almonds, greek yoghurt, or string cheese for light snacks.
