New to community started jan 2 lost 25.5 inches but only 7 lbs
how can I get the weight to start moving down ???????

Try cutting your carbs and upping your good fats such as coconut oil, avocado, olive oil, grass fed butter, uncured bacon. Really helps your appetite and cravings and the weight falls off.....look at paleo/primal diets....good luck!1
