  • You look great! I love these kinds of posts because I have a similar amount of weight to lose. They make me confident that I can be one of these too :)
  • WOW, absolutely amazing! You look beautiful!
  • Remember that these slip-ups can often make you stronger! So use it to your advantage, they can often bee good metabolism restarters and plateau breakers too :D

  • It's really weird and I'm not sure how healthy it is, but I get really pumped while on a diet. The smugness and pride of being able to say you had exactly X amount of calories is pretty addictive.
  • Thank you Akyra! <3 I've lost I think two inches since I started (I started a couple weeks ago), so I'm pretty happy with my results. I'm living on comfort food, too! Pasta, mashed potatoes, oreos, mmm.
  • So glad to hear all of you guys are doing well! I'm trying my best to do well, my homework this week has been to do various analysis of restaurant chains, so I have to spend hours on Johnny Rockets, Friday's, Hooters, etc. So far, I haven't had a single item from any of those restaurants, I'm pretty proud of that :$ And I…
  • Gosh, that's awesome!!! I'm so jealous, that's pretty a kickass thing to do! And nope, a couple months ago :( The problem isn't the injury itself, the problem is that I have a genetic condition characterized by weak joints (I don't know too much about it, but both my parents are doctors and they heavily discourage me going…
  • Cashew clusters = <3 Good for you Atbrod for resisting the temptation, I sure wouldn't have been able to stop myself from gobbling up a few, they're one of my weaknesses. Jamie Monique, that's so great! I miss doing weights so much, but I'm all injured from when I used to do BJJ :( What's your usual routine? As for me, I…
  • How has everyone's second day been? :)
  • I feel the same way you do, kt, it's cheating! Not only that, but it can be dangerous for weight loss if you start thinking 'Oh, I cleaned the house today and burned 200 calories, I'll allow myself a treat!'. I mean, if you're having an unplanned treat you weren't going to have anyway, what was the benefit of doing the…
  • That sounds so yummy! Don't beat yourself up too much about eating the junk, just calculate what you had yesterday and work it off today at the gym :) My day has started out super difficult, since I'm stuck having to cook for myself because the cooking lady took an extra day off. FML :( I can't cook at all! It would be so…
  • Omg, I have GOT to add some variety to my workouts. I'm stuck in a rut, the only things I do are walking my dog and going on the stationary bike. I want to try insanity but all that sweat can not be good for my hair's health.
  • I've actually been on the diet for a while, but what has helped me the most was having really delicious treats around! I bought sugar-free fudgesicles that are only like 55 calories, and little whole-grain bars dipped in chocolate that are only 57 calories. I have a 100 cal treat allowance, and it's been working SO WELL.…
  • Hiii guys! I originally joined MFP because I was trying a ketogenic diet, but now that I'm off keto I'm a little bit out of sorts, so I'm super glad this group opened so I can meet non-ketoers :P I'm trying to lose weight for a trip to Europe I'm making with my boyfriend this summer, so here's to hoping I can keep up the…
  • Hii! Don't fret, you don't have to do a brazillionmillion things. For now, just concentrate on getting into the habit of logging everything you eat as loyally as possible. Good luck!
