well i'm just starting so i have giving eating quite a few things but one that i need to eat at least once week is bread. i allow myself one day of week to eat some type of bread. my body craves it.

i'm 5'6 311 pounds and mfp gives me 1650 cals. per day. i think you are not eating enough and you are working out which gives even more calories. i say try eating more.

you should drink half of what you weigh in ounces of water per day example if you weigh 200lbs you should drink 100oz a day of water

i only drink non-caloric drinks water, diet ice tea or diet soda i know some people say no soda at all but diet soda doesn't have calories. I also dring hot tea with splenda again no calories

it can become obsessive but you have to slow down and pace yourself. i know you heard on here several times that you can eat pretty much what you want but in moderation and stay within your calorie count. don't drive yourself crazy with it. if one store doesn't have what you need go to another one. don't trade one obession…

I can't lie when I get stuck I get very very discourage I fall off the wagon so to speak and eat something or a few somethings that I know I shouldn't but then I get back on the wagon and the scale moves every time. I'm not saying it's right but you asked what we do.

I don't know what your issues are with vegetables, if it's taste there has to be one or two that you can tolerate. one are some people just so negative all the time. i say if you follow your diet and stay within your calories normally what harm is it to plan to enjoy a nice meal with your family. go for it girl and have a blast doing it.

i agree 100% cardio works wonders for me. now when i had a PT we did all weight training and the shape of my body changed a lot but the scale did not move with the cardio the scales moves not always at the speed that i want but it moves.
