This totally made me want tuna! So I had some! I used 2tbs Sandwich Spread by Kraft, 1/8 c of reduced fat sharp shreeded cheese. A sprinkle freeze dried cilantro and that was all. Usually I add some onion powder or relish... and then I ate it on ritz crackers.

Thanks for this post~ I have the same trouble. ^^^^^^^^^^This And now I crave sweets like crazy although I quit smoking over a year ago... but exercise helps cut both cravings. :) Oh and try chocolate milk... it helps alot.

Some people get too pumped up during their exercising to sleep--I can see why cause a person tends to feel good about themselves and want to continue and get excited about their progress. I however have no problem falling asleep afterwards despite any level of excitement that I reach. And I prefer to exercise at night…

I couldn't imagine not sleeping with someone you want to be with... My ex-husband used to sleep on the couch and then finally I moved all his **** into another room so he'd not ruin my couch. And like I said, that's my ex-husband. That said, Would you like these bunk beds as a wedding gift?

Your BMR is how many calories your body needs to stay the same weight it is now. You should never eat below 1200 calories. :smile: So you can eat up to your BMR and not gain weight. That is why that number is important during your transformation, in case you slip up, want to eat like the world is ending tomorrow, etc etc.…

I smoked for 15 years. I quit a year and a half ago I had an e-cigarette. So I used that until I found it to be troublesome (refilling, recharging, blah blah, I only used it certain times of the day, never when out, just at home) I have smoked during the time I quit and I got really sick... so I'm glad I quit.

I would def keep exercising. If twelve minutes is hard, stop at ten. Exercising tones your muscles and keeps your body strong.
